seriously though, they are actually really good. I always loved crossroads. I don't understand what everyone has against them. wicked harmonies, carefully constructed songs. Anyone here agree, shout me off a PM! Thanks!

well, from what I remember (i'm 24), Nirvana was too bad in their reputation. They were just druggys. they shouldn't get the fame they deserve because drugs are not the answer to any kind of fame.
Pearl Jam was the founding fathers of grunge, because they proved that normal people rock harder then indie rock guys, who are really just trying to hold on to their high school adolescent past.
If you talk to any fire fighther, policemen, sales person (or any respectful human being), they all listen to stuff like Nickelback, because it follows the correct formula...kind of like human beings must do in order to be happy and successful. (hence, kurt cobang shot himself.)

they are like nails on a chalkboard to me...I literally change the channel when the radio plays their songs. They are the epitome of radio commercialization rock.

But could there be a band that lives the right way that doesn't suck from a strictly musical standpoint?

gart remember nirvana has no guitar technique because they don't do awesome solos. or something.

I once listened to Nickelback - Photograph all the way through when I was driving/daydreaming.....when I finally realized that song was on it ended...I was pretty upset with myself and felt bad for my speakers.
