Yes it does. However, with the teams remaining, I don't see a dominant 1-2-3 rotation unless I am overlooking some one.
Verlander/Jackson/Porcello can be if Jackson gets back on track. That's why I think the Tigers have a very legit shot now that they're finally hitting with RISP
