GG, Denial. Your Passing Game beat us fair and square. That was a real nice test for both teams.

Great games guys. I went 0-2, but I kinda expected that. My main goal was to bring this dead forum back to life, and it looks like it is!

Rhodesia & MNR will be in the other bracket, so you are correct - We won't be beating BDM this season, as we'll leave that to Choctaw.

Your prediction is no guarantee as Choctaw still has to face MNR. If Choctaw beats MNR, then MNR will be the 4 seed. But I actually hope we face Choctaw again, because the result will be far different then the first game.

We had a team meeting earlier in the season and decided that we were going to let Choctaw shoulder the burden of BDM this season. We'll deal with MNR, and they'll deal with BDM, then we'll deal with each other. It really works out in the end.


We still haven't decided if we're going to let MNR win the regular season game to psych them out for the playoffs, or if we'll just go ahead and beat them twice. Tough call, tbh.

Choctaw is just a simple team....mostly level mid 40's with a thin verneer of level 67's laid over the top, and 90% of that is on defense. The sad thing is that we rotate the level 67's with the younger guys 98/99. That will stop soon. Hell, all of our specialists are barely, if even, level 40....and these guys play every snap appropriate for their specialty. Plus alot of those mid 40's will hit 48 (I count 13 of current level 46/47 out of a 55 man roster) soon so there is a jump in equipment plateau. We were expecting to go 8-8 this season, looks like 14-2 or 13-3 without trying so yay us. Wonder where we would be if we got to play a intraconference gut job in Week 1 like another team here....other than ahead of them in the standings
