I have. I've gotten two different Jukes AND a Return Specialist piece as a CB. Really nice. None of them came with other bonuses, but I'm not picky.

Allows me to have 6 points in Juke and 4 points in Return Specialist before any points went into Return Specialist.

Yes, my guy got a +1 Speed, +1 Return Spec. I know another CB with it as well.

If you have decent points in fake skills (Head Fake/Juke) then absolutely.

I have tried for three seasons to get RS..... cant get it... except for my f/s and my blocking TE.... they rolled it.
