Of course. 60 speed +outside blocker if you want to run successful screens, minimum

I found this especially interesting. I did not know.

Played against them last season in a tournament. It was a close game till the third when they returned 2 punts for a TD.

On a similar vein, I was checking the game film from my team's last scrimmage. From the FW2 position on kickoffs (middle of the forward wedge), my extra ~4 Speed and/or ~3 Agility was apparently the difference between me putting my assignment on his back and my backup letting the same guy run passed unscathed.

that last one is very impressive octo! That TD doesn't happen if not for your C.

I've always been a proponent of agility and speed on OL. IMO OTs and LGs need 80 agility and 70 speed. Cs and RGs need 70-75 agility and 60 speed although you may want 70 speed on the RG if he pulls a lot and team runs a fair amount of screens.

That was my teammate's C, but my build has the same speed

See, I don't think the LOT and LG need as much speed, but the C, RG and ROT seem to move a lot more.

For LOT it helps against some of the better DEs, especially if team is trying to exploit the DE in LG/LOT gap play.

For LG it helps a whole lot against 3-4 or if other team drops their DT into zone.

my center is going to get a pancake trophy in CPL. In large part due to his 80 speed. (I have 0 in pancake SA)
