No one throws on the Flames. You may get a play here and there and move the ball a bit, but our ball hawking secondary will be taking over the game by the second half beyond a doubt.

Man i love this time of year!! Well i truly hope that we can test your theory in a few days. However, just because we have a great passing attack doesn't mean we can't pound pound the rock as well. I refer you to the rushing TD stats and the yards stats for the regular season, Hal Mcglothlin was near the top of all running backs.

I am going to give my Bias opinion. While I admire the cander of the Swarm GM and I admire their team as a whole, I think you are getting a little too hyped on your team. We have taken down ALL the top teams in Alpha. Most of the games we didnt just beat them, we shut them down. Passing and Rushing. Bring your game, but bring your first aid kits, because its going to be a battle at the Fireebirds Stadium, "Hells Kitchen"!

The Firebirds ALWAYS bring their "A" game!


I'm going to pick the Highlanders over the Flames in a close game 24-21

but i think its going to be a close game between Highlanders and Flames

Flames over Highlanders 28-21 (late touchdown at the end)

Phoenix over Sumatra (Sorry Swarm, I think the Firebirds take this, but I'm still rooting for you guys, it'd be awesome to see a #5 make it)

Highlanders over Flames (Don't know much about either team, but Highlander use to be the name of a tv show and a couple movies so they get my pick)














BTW Schaar- you got those links I ask for yet, you know the ones were people said PSK would destroy Phoenix, I'm still waiting for them....anytime now....

Yamman, all you have to do is look through the other threads on the forum. If I actually had the time, and really cared I would put it all together in a nice little package for you so it would be easier for you to read. But since i am working on a Saturday and trying to gete ready for our playoff game, I will defer.

Good game Phoenix and the other 3 remaining. Good luck to whichever teams move up to AA. As for the other 2, bad luck.

ya, I was away and wasnt able to get to a computer until now. As it turned out, I didnt miss much... At least in our game.

Not that I'm rooting against you guys, but I'd rather you (pho) lost, just so you stay in this league. I'd rather see you and HKhi stay. The flames are kinda boring, and I didnt even know that swarm team was in the league.

Lol - Swarm? Who the Swarm? I'm not going to lie, that was funny! That must have been killin you if you had to wait that much longer! I would have been going nuts. It was a good game, we just brought the hurtin right away. Its hard to come back when you get sucker punched in the 1st quarter like that!

You guys are a great team and now its time to play the Nats, Flees, what ever you call them! (Dont get all worked up Swarm, I know who you are!)

Nobody outside of our team forums expected the Swarm to even make it this far. We are typically a quiet bunch so I am not surprised that some think we are Gnats or Flees or haven't heard of us at all. However, we are happy with our success in the playoffs thus far.

Firebirds are an awesome team that is well coached. If we lose tomorrow so what? Nobody expects us to win anyway. We have nothing to lose and everything to gain. We are not making outlandish claims that we are going to win 58-6 (btw, can I take $100 on that spread?). We are hoping to keep the score close and hopefully kick a game winning field goal at the end to win.

Good luck to the Firebirds. If you win, I will be rooting for you in the finals. I would like the championship to belong to Alpha and hope you would bring home the trophy.

Hey Reymets, please dont take that the wrong way. I was actually just commenting about the fact you guys seemed to have come from no where. You guys deserve to be here and honestly a much scarier matchup than anyone we have faced.

So please dont take my earlier comments as disrespect, we have been trying to prove how good we are and I think you guys are trying to do the same. No matter who wins I think that Alpha will be represented in the Championship Game against Zeta.
