I think you missed the point, that's OK.

just a question, how is it that we keep winning and yet we haven't moved up? Not that it matters we'll keep winning regardless of whatever this is......I'm just sayin......and junk.....

I think it's because you're winning that you haven't moved down... Unfortunately you probably won't see much movement unless one of the teams above you slips or week 15 when you face #2. These rankings don't fluctuate like normal rankings because these are power rankings and not your actual league rankings. Which is why I think these rankings are more true to how a team ranks against other teams... just how I see things is all.
