That's called Jump the Snap a lot faster than the 2 OL, with a double rip move (if needed) to finish getting past them. Not a bug; that DE porbably had TD, and Shed Blocks kick in.

no its just a run-focused OT with a bad pass blocking build outleveled by EIGHTEEN levels against a decent pass rushing DE.
