probably why you guys are one of the favorites to win Lion and we'll be a candidate for an early playoff exit...a lot can be made up by having kick ass builds and tactics but really there's a p big gap when you consider the additional SP (natural + equipment) and VP the higher levels got

PHP has 2 players that are 55+ (lvl 55, lvl 56) and we lost to WNV by 13 points. They arent unbeatable.

Rwanda has 3 players that are 55+ and we lost to WNV by 59. Man, we must really suck!

game wasn't as close as the score showed plus we are having problems getting JR our lead HB carries so don't get too excited

Give us equal levels and we most likely would have used the extra skill points to wipe the floor with you guys imo.

This year is APL or bust. We got a new staff and a new roster. If we dont get there this season, I doubt we ever will.

We promoted to AA and won it our first season and promoted to AAA where outleveled by a lot again we went 12-4. In season 8 we went 10-6 and did not lose a game by more than one score. Season 9 we went 12-4 and really got jobbed by a bug the last game and really shoulda been 13-3 and the 2nd or 3rd seed. You all want to make excuses in other threads about levels when it suits your cause etc but I wont. I have made a decision to keep these guys together (the entire roster minus one guy is signed through season 12 day 40) and this is my team and these guys are the players that were with me season 5 when we were called by many the best expansion team in that season and I know going into this season and any other that we have level obstacles and when they added VA's it really made it tough to compete against pretty well built teams with higher level players. My decision to keep them together will pay off in the long run and if nothing else it has been a privilige to play with these guys and get to know them and be one of the few teams that can say we have had the success we have had despite the level differences our entire career. You, like many others, chose to gut out and have turned your roster over several times which is fine but I just cannot and will not do that to a squad that has been so good to me and the agents on my team feel like they are part of something special and they are. This season you struck gold and I wont get into all that but part of your team doesnt even manage their own account and somehow ended up on your team. I wont go further into that either but just wanted you to know that I know about it. With all that said, we proved in season 5 that we were one of if not the best team in that expansion so I highly doubt at any point that a team 8-10 levels below us on average will be able to play us close at any point.


Good game and good luck the rest of the season as this isnt the first time we have lost to a team that dwarfs us in levels.

really? we're not even bragging about winning the game and you're making excuses, if we were bragging a lot about how we won I would understand your posts about how you are lower levels but we aren't so stop complaining

No, but we've all had to put up with puppy posting 7298732 threads about WNV, who happened to go out and get himself a roster full of high 50/low 60 players. Commendable recruiting, perhaps, but hardly an amazing feat to win games with pro level and some pro caliber players.

ok so we were smart to recruit pro level players so when we get to pro next season we can compete that would be the point
