I guess ive just been lucky, but functional strength is what im all about. Sure my lifts are impressive, but nothing more than the average bodybuilder. But I've got that functional strenght that makes people respect. Its the type of strength that when you get the ball on the football field, they just let you go through. Its the type of strnegth that when a teacher needs some strong guys to get books from downstairs or something, theres no question youll be one of them. I was thinking of getting into strongman, but its not too popular around here.

Anyone else like this?

the lb and the cb run backwards instead of cutting him off from going farther. I mean that play wouldn't have been that great if the defence was smarter
