No, not really. Some boosted for the Care Bears, some boosted for the Pirates, everybody was boosted by the Roughnecks game. My team calls me "The Spreadsheet Wizard" because I always have a half a dozen of 'em open on my desktop. We calculated all the XP points for everybody until they reached a point where they no longer could naturally level up for the year, then boosted.
But, it's not that precise of a game yet. I've had games where the CPU AI completely took over our game settings, and did a good 30% - 60% variation in game settings. Even though you can set the Auto-Adjust to off and 0%, IT'S NOT OFF, you just have a better chance of it following your game plan...the key word is chance. I'm looking forward to the day we have much more advanced strategy settings, because I've had about 4 games in the past two seasons where the CPU just does what IT thinks is best for your team. I call those games HAL games...lol.
Like I said, we shall see what happens in the playoffs now with our deferred boosting strategy. Last year, I saw lotso crazy things happen in all the Leagues during the playoffs, so you never can tell.
Sorry, I had seen other posts saying that you guys boosted before the Care Bears game. However, my point still stands...the CBMB Bears had a higher average level than the Pirates before the regular season game.
Completely agree on the AI. It can get pretty annoying.
Yeah, didn't feel like going into the x's and o's of exactly how many people boosted before the Care Bears game, as opposed to before the Pirates game. Anyway, you get the idea, we didn't boost until those two games.
