You know....I would just go ahead and post everyone's build in here, and help all the other teams with their recruiting...but I won't do that, because the other players on the team deserve better than that. LMAO. You are a funny guy. in two seasons, I took the team from nothing to AA. This season we are a competitor. Many of those guys were complaining about lack of playing time and equipment. DOES ANYONE understand that if you start an uncapped team with 1.5 million and you want to be competitive you have to do something. I bet you got a peewee team and organically built it. I got this team and in two seasons I went 10-6 both seasons. I must be doing something right.

Ummm....errrr....no. I went slow-build one season, with level 1 guys, took an 0-16 beating with my own guys, and poured every nickel into my own stadium. Managed to get the entire first level built and expanded by the time the pre-season started on our second season, where I started to recruit (mind you, in what ended up the toughest BBB league that season); we made the playoffs that season at 9-7, and almost beat the #2 seed. Last season, we won a championship, and will have our entire 2nd level built and expanded by the time the season starts. In short, I have a title and a better built stadium, and purposely avoided treating players like cattle in the process (yeah, those damn ethics). You have been revealed to be the A-hole you truly are.


Man, do you understand english. Our goal was to be competitive from day one. NO SLOW BUILD, NO SITTING ON OUR THUMBS taking an ass wipping. we go out there to win. That is what we do WE F--king WIN and if we don't win it was because I did not do what it took to win. MIGHTYJOEY take a look at my stadium in five days and tell me what you think about it. You know Daking, I do get it...what was the dickish part of the whole thing was that he asked me as a favor just a week ago to sign with his team. Honestly, I was getting ready to retire both of those guys that signed with him; I was trying to help him out. I know guys get traded every day (mind you, I don't do it...one reason I have a fairly loyal team; guys don't tend to think long-term, which works to my advantage), but to be that blatant, without so much as a courtesy PM....that is asshole part of this whole thing. In short, if a guy does that to one of his GM's, why should any guy on that team believe one word he ever says?

that is what I said. I signed his guys and then we got promoted. I needed to upgrade. I signed some great players and then I was in a tough situation. What do I do with the extra guys. I thought trading people to another team was better than cutting someone. It is a win/win. The team gets money. The player gets playing time. Who would pay CASH and then rot a player???

And no....you don't win. First place is a trophy....losing your last game 72-7 isn't winning....it is losing. That is the part you don't understand....and most likely never will.

Like I said in the PM. I never even realize they were your guys man. They weren't one the team for a week, I did n't even recognize their names to be honest. every day, agents say I have a friend that wants my guy he will send you $$$. I thought who ever wanted these guys must have known the agent.

that team we lost to was a slowbuild team. you know that noone in the league competed against that team.

Then cut me. Period. Why would any guy complain about getting cut? Why would someone be upset getting to pick their own team. This is such a waste of time....I give up. You know what? There are two types of guys that will come in here and read this....the ones that don't see the big deal of what you did, and probably do the same thing themselves. And I truly hope they come in here and say what a great guy you are, and let everyone who is on the other side know who they are. Bottom line; you are a user, plain and simple. You have no loyalty to those trying to help you, no sense of respect when it comes to communicating your intentions, and most of all, no sense of what makes a successful team; it is more than the guys on the roster, it is an attitude you display. My sympathies to the other guys on the team.

As the Head Coach of Hong Kong, I have to step in here. This is ridiculous. This is a game and the owner did what was best for the team. Bottom line. You can act as though it was a dick move, but all it has done is show your true colors. Just move on with your life and try to gain some perspective on what is important. Once you do that, I think you will drop this BS.

And don't come back with some crap about trophies. Hong Kong may not have any as of yet, but jbarney has done a great job of surrounding himself with agents, like myself, that do. Thanks for your concern about our stadium, we didn't even realize that until you just mentioned it.

That may not matter to you, but it does to some people. And no, I am not some young owner, but rather a 43 y.o. guy that just happens to believe in treating people right, rather than alot of the punk-ass shit that goes on in this game. And the reference about the trophies...that is about this idea that you HAVE to treat players like cattle to build a stadium and win. No you don't, you're just too damn lazy to make an effort to treat guys right, and use it as an excuse. I can show you about half a dozen other owners who can say that same thing and get my point exactly. Getting money and players and knowing strategy...that is only part of this game. Building relationships and trust have alot to do with it as well, and I will go back to my original premise....if an owner will do that to the players of one of his GM's, then why should any agent on that team (including you Awhite) trust him in the future?

jbarney, to trade players without their consent is a dick move no matter if it helps the team or not unless they are inactive. At least let them pick where they go.
