Because it's his choice of where he wants to go. Maybe he has already been in AAA and is looking to move up to the Pro's. Before I retired my level 55 SS, that's what i did this past season.
I know it is his choice. Usually I read these and just move on, but I got a strange PM back from someone I was trying to recruit and it stuck with me.
