Not sure if it is ALL needed, but confidence / line general / natural leader has left my o-line with very very high morale compared to the rest of the team. Never had a meltdown all season, hardly gave up any pressure.

If you don't like his performance, have you considered getting more in blocking rather than strength...I have a feeling that blocking may have a higher effect on holding a block than strength
