thats a good point. I didnt even think to use the game results from this season. but hey, who would want to stray from a gameplan where they lost by 152, went 24-61 through the air against us with 4 picks and 1 TD along the way..

Exactly... I would agree with the logic if he was 15-0 or even 12 -3 but he is under achieving..... Personally I think we should all recruit his players using the quote that he does not care and that he does not gameplan. I know that I GM teams that can always use talent. The sad thing is Botlz has some talent but does not have a clue on how to use it.

The point is no one cares about clinching a playoff spot. Pretty much every decent team has at least made the playoffs after promotion. Most did it with better seeds then you're achieving. The point is, you put together a better roster then it performs. Which is a cause of frustration for you obviously judging by the statements you make showing you believe your team has a potential it's not really reaching in game stats.

Add that to your overall posting style, and people just get annoyed with you. Your GM style (for gameplanning) is the cause of your underachieving. This makes the players you recruit look bad. They look like they all have terrible builds because of their performance level.

Boltz you and I have had our differences but in all honesty if you would have been half as dedicated to running your team as much as you get on the forums and run off of the mouth you would be alot better than just making the playoffs. I honestly don't know how you have recruited the level of players you have on your team. If I was a player on your team and I had read how you don't gameplan and half the other crap you say I would be gone. And no one could blame me my team is a class act of players they all have stood behind me as I have tried learning to be a decent OC I am learning and we are going through growing pains to say the least. But to have the players you have and not give them 110% is disgusting to us owners that really work to do right by our teams and the players that play for us. Owners like you give everyone a bad rep and that isn't fair. if any of the players on your team wanted to go to any other team in this league I am sure that the owners would try to help them out. especially just to give them the chance to play your team and get some revenge. your team has done good this season but in reality you should have been competing with my team for a top 5 playoff spot.

i honestly like what you write, not nice, but not mean, a wake-up call and i will improve, i do run my mouth a lot, but other times its people running their mouth about me, i will try to do better and we expect to give Labatt one hell of a ride, if we play them

I am not trying to be mean and to be honest I was trying to be a nice guy by saying this to you. You have a reputation and you have said numerous times you are trying to do better than you have in the past. alot of people on here mess with you just to get you started as at times it is funny. but at the same time it is sad also. you have a very good team if you just had the work ethic to make that team as good as it can be. your players deserve that much from you. By players signing with you they are getting nailed for being associated with you and this is honesty not being mean. You could have a very special team if you would just apply yourself that is all I am saying. Good luck with whatever team you face in the playoffs I hope you do well but you are in the same boat as me. we both are underacheiving the biggest difference between you and I is that I will own up to it and tell you that most of the problem with my team is me. But there isn't a owner that works any harder than me that is for sure.
