2) Watch who you sign with, ask some people on the team, especially the back-ups.

Maybe we should institute IQ tests, and you have to score at least 110 to be able to own/coach/GM a team...that way none of us get stuck on teams with stupid people at the wheel.

How about raising that limit to 26 years old then or even 36? Ridiculous suggestion imo, if kids want to play this game they have as much of a right to as we do.
