Yeah this game will go a long way to show if we are just pretending to be good or we are as solid and well rounded as I would like to think.

I have been scouting florence for a couple weeks now and have yet to find a weakness or a strong exploit. This will be a great game, I won't even be able to watch, gonna be out of town for my 5 year anniversary.

I agree. This game should show us some things.

I've been scouting the Sin for a little under a week now(regular week, not GLB week) and they look pretty tough. Funny thing though, I'm more worried about our defense being able to stop Sin's offense than I am about scoring on the defense. Then again, maybe that's because I'm the OC and not the DC. I think bill's the other way around.

I just wish it was gameday already. I wanna get this game over with. Otherwise, I'll end up changing my game plan 50 times only to end up with the same one I have now.

Well to be honest I am worried this about game in general, as a whole both teams are really good and very similar, but you are rite Palmer I am more worried about the offense than I am about the defense.

I'm betting on Sin, and I'm giving 17 points. Over/Under at 30.

defensively we're also first in sacks, hurries, and interceptions. i really don't care about that stuff because the only thing that matters is wins. we have a big game this week and i'm nervous.

Maybe as a team you might be first in sacks but let's not forget I hold the league leader in sacks, and he plays for Florence

You might want to do less than that I will besurprised if either team scores a TD. This game might come down to kickers!!!!!

Agreed your NT is very solid. I will be paying attention to how he does against one of the best C in the game in Sumo... Its too bad we don't have better graphics that would let you zoom in/out and have a better idea of what happens position by position in the replays.

Sin averages 47 points a game and gives up 4.
The Tigers average 28 points a game.

I think Florence's game will come down to the kicker.

tigers give up 6 points, ur not convincing me, and that 17 points is looking sweeter and sweeter.

looking at those averages is enormously inaccurate in terms of raw stats...

the sin scored 106 points against a winless team, whereas the tigers only scored 60 against them. those kinds of numbers are consistent across the board, thus completely destroying all averages.

"seems fair" considering everyone plays the same teams, but the sin destroyed their stamina because of that game... which was a dumb move. Why waste quality plays from your starters when you don't need to?

sin are statistically inflated... i think bill is right, the game will come down to FG's and who can eat the most clock.

Your right about the energy hit we took against Cleveland in the 106-0 game, our O co-ordinator wasn't drinking enough when he set the advanced tactics, and it didn't help that we had kinda the same issue with Perth. While our backups do get moderate playing time, it may come back to bite us in the arse with our current energy levels. Guys do not like to train on none and its hard as a coach to ask them to. If this game comes down to field goals, my kicker has been shaky at best... lets hope we can get Cole Weathers open on a post at least a couple times...

I think FG's are gonna be part of the scoring, but I see this as like a 17-14 game or a 21-17 game. I just can't see a game where neither team scores more than 14. Of course, this is coming from an Offensive Coordinator. Of course I feel like my offense can score on anyone. It's just how much we can score is the question.

I was talking strictly offensively.

I sorry jfbueno when I said #1 overall offense, I meant #1 passing yards and TD's not #1 offense overall. My bad.
