sports are more or less dictated by those around you. at school there wasn't anyone that watched, let alone played, US football. i tried to encourage a few mates to play the game but found they found it easier to kick the football than anything else

as Brits we're conditioned that way

They have professional American Football in the UK. I think it's been around for a while. Sean Payton(Coach of the saints) played there.

it may be pro but it's a minority sport in the UK. idk anyone IRL that plays Madden nevermind watch or follow the game other than myself and my brother ceevee

Well compared to Soccer of course it's a minority sport. I have actually met both in real life and online quite a few American Football fans from the UK. Maybe you guys will get a SuperBowl in a few years and that way everyone will know what it's about.
