I can see value in using an OT for LOT maybe, for the agility, vision and confidence gains which I argue are all pretty important whereas strength has a bit less value.

However, for an OG you nailed it. You get marginally better agility/vision gains, but give up strength and blocking for confidence? Lol confidence.

I'm a traditionalist, though, I'll still build OT and OG, but I have a feeling C is the best way to go. Just seems a bit one dimensional is all

The trick is to not go overboard and build a C. Have an idea where you want your strength/blocking to end up, and only plan on putting 1 piece of equipment in each. The natural level gains from strength blocking allow more sp and equipment placement into the secondary attributes. For instance, you can take a C strength up to 61 and let it grow, and it will end up being higher than an OT even if you take the OT's strength up to 68 because you can get it to 61 much faster and the level gains are so much higher. The sp saved in strength and blocking more than makes up for the extra sp you need to spend on the secondary attributes.

Yeah, that's a smart idea, to stop at 61. That's what I meant, I feel if I created a C I'd just make a C because spending in str/blk to 68 is too tempting!!

Bort needs to pump the OOP penalty, sorry if that screws your players, I just think it is poor programming if the correct strategy is never to use certain positions.

I wouldn't really care as long as he did the nerf between seasons, so I could use boosts and 2 level ups to get LG up during one season. It's not like they wouldn't have trade value as an actual C for whatever team they were on.
