In attacking the original poster you come across as an arrogant dick. The description of the match up and history between the two teams and their past rivalry simply adds more to an upcoming game. Why you would attempt to shut down someone who is just having fun with a game is beyond me. To think that you have this vision of yourself as a future mod is laughable, these kinds of posts add necessary excitement to GLB and should not be removed. Go try to rain on someone else's parade.

Awesome job, Sckbleh. We look forward to another epic tilt and a renewed rivalry! I'll post a little more later, as I'm running out the door and haven't had a chance to read beyond the first post. I did, however, see that EMP posted his usual "I'm the big man here" speech. Fact of the matter is... more people do care about this thread, than what EMP actually thinks about it, and I think that's why he's so bothered by it. Calm down Emp, we'll pay attention to you soon enough. And as for mod? LOL won't happen, but thanks for keeping us entertained by thinking it will.

+1 By Season 11 I think Mongolia and Ack could have a similar write-up given the previous match-ups, but that is a while away. Thanks for writing an informative, on topic post, without telling us how amazing you are.

I hate to help the troll...but does anyone else love the fact that the promotion to AA4 came with a complimentary Dwight Schrute character as the villain we love to mock? It didn't occur to me until he gave a pro-metric system speech. This game has a little bit of everything I suppose.

Well, I look forward to watching Ack and the Mountaineers, and I wish "Emperor" good luck with his beet farm.

So to sum up, "emperor" tried to put sckbleh down, called himself a future mod, tried to lead a crusade, lectured us about metrics, and is now forced to admit that nobody in SEA AA4 really wants him around. Good day for the "Emperor".

What a tool this guy is. Don't be too hard on him, though. All Emp has is his virtual foozeball! If we take that away from him and let him know that he's not even liked here, he may just slit his wrists.

Ok, so I've had some time to read those recaps now... nicely done! I remember all of those and they were always great games, even the scrimmage! I know we'll both put a little 'extra' into the game planning for this one, as the 'win' isn't as important as the 'pride' on the line! Regardless of who wins, we can all be sure that this will be a classic match for sure.

I look forward to the return of Buster McGrew, and it will be interesting to see if he does get some carries, given the rivalry at hand. So far this season, he's been primarily a blocker from what we've seen, but know that could very well change for this match. Also, another matchup with Speedy and his 'epic coverage of seasons past', should be interesting as well. We do have many players still on our roster that haven't forgotten what the ACK/MOUNTAINEER rivalry is all about and are very much looking forward to the next chapter. Now, only time will tell, how these next few pages will be written....

I dug the reviews as well, great job dude.

Oh yea, and since we're pulling stuff out of our asses. Opened wide by a future mod!
