FWIW I'm wondering, how much of your team is still with you since season 6, the inaugural season? Because I don't see a lot of the same faces, apparently you're not as good of a team owner as you seem in that case.

For Black Death, we still have 28/45 of that first season, or 62.2% of the team that has been with us since day 1. Number would be higher, except me and and another agent wanted to retire a few players for Flex so we were forced to go and get a few extra replacements this season.

Yours, well let's just say it's lucky you and MightyJoey kept your players, cause it's very slim after that.

Why is it you can't keep guys? Or did you just recruit horribly and they all sucked?

Maybe spouting childish nonsense over and over again wears on even your own team?

Well who knows, I'm sure you'll have another 10+ new guys again next season to ask that question to.

Almost the whole of my team is still with me, except for 6-7 agents who had about 1-2 players each. One of the agents went mouthing off in the team forum, cant remember what his name was, about how his FS should start. The others i either released or there contracts expired and didnt want to resign. So TBH I must be doing something right.

The thing is guys, i dont act like this in my team forum, if you came in and im sure anyone from my team would back me up that it is kept tidy, they are kept informed, they are kept active (I have no idea how some of them keep up with the activity) and they are kept happy.

I only act like this in here as it is hilarious to see some of the responses from you guys. Like this guy, Geekor, he is getting right into it

I have no idea why you are going on about keeping guys? We honestly have about the same amount of players left as you do! Look at all our LBs, our TEs, O-Linemen, One of our agents swapped some of his lower leveled players and brought on his higher leveled guys (Chipper) so if you class that as it being the same agent then he has 6-7 players on this team, then we have our DEs 2 of which were originally there from the start i released this off season. Releasing and signing is natural. I thought you lived in a country where 'Change' was good.

I did that roster thing and we have 22 players who were still with us, so what 8 less that yours, its not really that bad is it?!

Im sure i will have a few new guys, new faces isnt a bad thing, i enjoy there forum company, i just dont see why keeping the same guys is such a HUGE deal, ok we had some fun, everyone enjoys it, but after last season i felt change was necessary, and so what did me and the team get out and do, we made those changes, all of which we feel and for the greater good.

So please dont come to me about change, especially when you live in America
