Are people REALLY having problems with the stamina settings?

98% of our players are back to 100% energy before every game.

I am not saying they are having issues with it, but they had their starters play almost the entire game last year. This year due to the stamina changes to the game they have some not so great players in the game throughout.

ok, you need to stop this.

Immediately before you do anything else set your lower range to *at least* 70.

Set your upper range around 15-ish higher than what you set the lower range.

Your poor guys are just the shells of the men they once were by the third series of every game if you are playing at 40/60 and they can't get back to 100% at the start of the next game.

Cut n' Paste the following and post it in your team forums:

Going into a game every 2nd day our energy levels need to be 100 to get max performance, max play time and max XP for your players!

Here is what to do:

After Game Energy Level:

82+ Train on Normal both days

76 to 81 Train on Relaxed one day, Normal the next; or Relaxed both days

70 to 75 Train on Relaxed both days.

67 to 69 Train on Relaxed with no XP one day, Relaxed with XP the next day; or both days Relaxed with no XP.

Anything 66 and below train on Relaxed with no XP both days and make sure your play setting for the next game is not "hard"

If your training on Intense and your level 5 or higher - your a chump, just give me your money and I'll buy hookers and blow with it.

agree with all, except the training with no focus. Once or twice a season and you're ok. If you do it too often, you really hamper your long-term prospects as a player since you don't get any xp or skill point bump.
