I for one think Nfrat is great for this league and GLB. If you played with him on a team with him you would understand this better.

Of course if you end up on the other side of things you will hate him because he is the King of smacktalk! He can work your nerves better then anyone, and I know from experience.

Love him or hate him you got to respect him!

I understand his main goal is to win and get under people's skin. Once you get past that you find some humor in his posts.

However, I do not respect a drama queen quitter, and I'm not sure why you feel you have to.

he didn't quit hes OC'ing for us now, as far as him saying he was going to quit I can't knock him for that cuz I-Slam was anuff to make anyone want to quit.

If it was not fixed and peeps were doing it this season like last, I'd quit to!

expect better? Whats better then hiring one of the best OC's in Africa?

Just sometimes, integrity and principles outweigh talent.

Fail.

He's a primadonna. Period. And his "quitting," which he happened to do on a GLB public forum for everyone to read (and ridicule) was bitchmade. It was all to get attention becuz he was pissed that his AAA2 16-0 team lost to an 8-8 team that backed into the postseason. If he had just quit and gone away quietly into the night, it wouldnt be anything to it, other than folks that knew he quit would know he's wishy washy and/or full of shit.

BUT..

This clown's quitting caused the gut of that same 16-0 team becuz the ownership knew they couldnt keep the team going without him. So he quits, holds someone hostage to the point where they have to bail on their GLB experience, not to mention MONEY SPENT, only to see him come right back a couple of weeks later to the exact same league?!?!? Thats bullshit.

No, there arent any written rules or by-laws that says that such moves cant happen and folks are free to do whatever they like. But, when someone pulls the ultimate punk move which everyone sees and it costs someone else, respect goes all out of the window.

Nfrats knows what he is doing on GLB.. but so what. I would imagine that a nice chunk of us are male adults and as such, you have to carry yourself with dignity, honor and integrity, whether youre online or in real life. THAT earns you respect. If you dont have that in your bag of tricks, who gives a fuck what else you can do.

I play to win.... period so I don't have no problems signing Nfrat nor anyone else. I also happen to like loud mouths and being one gets you brownie points on my team.

And should Nfrat quit and retire it wouldn't be the end of the Raiders! The Greats disbanding cannot be placed on Nfrat because he was not the owner.

Thats fine.. you do what you want; my issue with you was the company you keep. But, again, you can do whatever you want. I hope you catch the carrot youre chasing.

And whatever on the Greats' disbanding not being his fault.. it was solely due to him and the owner & other GM so much as stated that in this forum. But, again, it's whatever.

Good luck to you in the Elephant.. Again, I hope you catch the carrot youre chasing.

Not trying to start anything but why would D3 or the rest of our team care if you have an issue with the players/coordinators on OUR team?

I'll go back to the Belichick example. Do you think he or any of the players on the Pat's give a crap that other teams might dislike him?

Good teammate/coordinator >>>>>>>> forum respect

Well, I was actually thinking of another exmaple, since I dont believe Belichick applies here. I was thinking more Pacman Jones.

Youve made your play and it doesnt matter what I say. Plus, I said what I wanted to. So, in the end, I hope it works out for you.
