We did not construct our team in order to manipulate this situation. Rather, we got caught up in a poor way to sort the teams. I was expecting to get put in a Level 34 capped league when the sort happened, and was surprised by the result.
We continue to look for ways to solve this problem.

While looking over some dry runs of the shuffle script, I'm seeing some teams who have something like one level 40 player and all CPUs otherwise, but have selected lv 13 or 16 for their override setting.
This will not work to get you into a lower tier; you will need to cut that level 40 player and have all CPUs or lower level players. Keep in mind that this shuffling is based on your team's median level. If you have ONLY one level 40 player, your median level is 40!
Also, I'll be doing another downtime to process the shuffling tonight, so that teams don't end up changing on us halfway through it.

Yes, Bort seemed to indicate that he _meant_ max level. But he ended up sorting based on true median. That's why all this confusion.
I didn't think I had to select a particular cap... I thought it would be automatically done. If I had known then what I do now, I most certainly would have.
