I think 1,800 yards is too much of a difference. If we was talking about 500 or so then maybe.

But 1,800 is marching your team from the 0 line to the 100 line 18 times. That's a huge aid to the team.

And throwing 12 or 17 more INT's isnt a big difference? Also he is one of the few in the entire GLB with a 100+ QB rating.

i forogt that part qb ratin shuld b n it

Brandon Dutrow - TE
He's averaging 12 Rec/game
Next is Jay Garrick at 8.9

He's averaging 101.8 yds/game
Only guy with better is Catchdaball with 113.9
But, as a TE, Dutrow is supposed to average less yds/catch

Brandon Dutrow averages 1 TD/game and only one drop every other game.
Catchdaball averages just over 1 TD/game and about a drop every game.

Yes, Brandon's only played in 8/13 games in this league... but he should get some consideration, methinks.

There is no way that TE will get a vote. Also im with you on the no Kicker thing.

For TE, What about Richard Noggin - http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=71533

Only 4.2 Rec/game (13 games played) but averages 12yds/rec and has 6 TDs

Also for TE, Lohengrin Wagner - http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=66762

7.8 rec/game, 10.2yds/rec, 5 td's

Who's getting 101.8 yards/game?

Dutrow had 70 and Garrick had 80 when i just looked.

I just don't think a TE could get MVP over a WR with better receiving stats.

Then make him your team MVP, but too put him in as a league MVP is a stretch.
Also I believe I am the best WR in this league, but I don't think I'm the MVP of the league. My team could win without me (I make it easier). Don't just take stats into account. My vote will go to how I think that team would preform without that player.

Indeed, Team performance is crucial. Some players don't have a big effect, whereas some of the players, Like J Bo and Wainwright have been the main force of those teams.

Right, so the 80 is from his time with another team.

Missing 5 games kinda of makes it hard to justify him as the season long Most valuable Player.

There's a lot of Heisman candidates that don't get votes either. I don't care. My personal opinion is that there's been no other player that has done as much with his time in this league. With 3 games left, he might still pass Garrick up as leader in receptions and finish with more catches than anyone else.

His first 5 games in another league (where he didn't even get a chance to play!!) shouldn't count. If they did, however, then he'd only be 5 catches below Garrick becuause he still averaged 3 catches/game in limited time on a running team.

Meh. Whatever. This stuff is usually crap anyhow. Just offering my input.

Well, his team did lose twice as many games when he didn't play for them...
...and he already has a season's worth of stats. He's got 3 more games!
