Should be a good season in both conferences.

And this has given new life to GLB IMO.

yeah, it looks like most games will be competetive... not nearly as many blowouts unless a team goes CPU or something.

CPU is gonna happen. Life happens and people have weak will in general.

In our "everyone gets a trophy" society, people cant handle not being the best right now. They give up instead of working to improve.

One of the biggest steps I think Bort could take to make the regular season be less volitile is one of two things.

When a team goes CPU, you have a roster freeze. no one leaves until the offseason. Maybe appoint a couple of GMs and finsih the season if no one wants to buy it.

Or secondly, if he lets folks leave, the CPU team needs to be 80-85 as good as it was when it went CPU this will allow the teams that would normally beat them do so, without 255-0 scores. Or they could purge the system for inactive players without teams, and put them on the roster.

So true...

I like the idea of putting inactive free agent players on CPU teams. That would make the CPU teams at least a little more competetive.

What about if a team goes CPU at our level the high level "D" league players fill in so we don't end up playing a 100 percent CPU team. I know it's fun to run the stats up but I would much rather beat real life players. Maybe BORT can write a script that makes CPU owned team radomly ghoose their O and D from game to game. Hmmmm...a thought O_O
