Yeah you are right. That is the guy downstairs in the original CT (Cazic Thule), long before they re-vamped that place and turned it into hard hitting lizard town. It has been so so long since I played and I often do miss those days of MMORPG's.

Public Hate/Fear raids were the most fun. I still remember the day I got the Hate BP for my Iksar Shaman. Such a badass set of armor I had.

ug, mmo raids, it was fun, but the time investment in things like that in EQ and WoW make me shiver with dread. 8 hours to MAYBE get a small chance at a drop then 1 of 6 people of your class had a shot at, to build an overall set that MAYBE Someday you could get a set bonus ,,,yay. The raids could be fun, when all worked well, but it's so stressful running 40 people in such a consistent manner , 1 person walks 2 inches to far you all die, and lose 2 hours. Ug, oh then like in WoW it took me months to get my epic hippy bow, after raids in MC, getting lucky drops, and doing ye ole epic solo quest over and over,, and then burning crusade comes out and it's pretty much crap,,, e gads, save me the despair and loss of life. scared for life, Warhammer had some decent ideas but looks like they missed the spot a bit, got real dull while I was there.
