it's almost as good as the nfl, with the 3 minutes of commercials for every 5 second kickoff or punt, 30 seconds of huddling and standing for each 3 second play, and stopping to announce penalties everytime someone breathes on the qb too hard.

I personally think it is like comparing apples to oranges. Football games have way more energy I think than Baseball Games as far as fan participation, but Baseball games are good for a kind of family kinda thing. My fiance and I have season tickets to the Braves. Now before you get all excited they are in the nose bleeds haha. Basically with 83 home games it gives us an excuse to go out and spend time together since we both work and are in school with very little social time so it is a good option. Plus my fiance is a Baseball fanatic. I just got her liking football last year.

i'd agree on the level of high school and some college football. but the nfl and some bigger schools in college are just tedious to watch because of all the breaks in the action. its exciting, but its not the "non-stop" action i always hear in comparison to baseball. personally, for constant action, i'd take hockey over either one of them. even when they stop, which is only every few minutes at the most, the restart is almost immediate.
