i must say... the newly promoted guys are very confident! we'll be testing them out thoroughly as will Ghana, Silverbacks, Ratels, Eagles, DesertHawks (my pick), Blood Diamonds et al.

This league (LC) is not for the faint-hearted. Let's see what these new kids have got to offer.

As for EC, the Pirates with the intriguing builds are the big threat and the team to beat

I can speak on behalf of new teams.

This isnt the A leagues anymore.
Every game will be a battle...
And I cannot wait to begin bringing the majority of you guys back down to Earth.

I know I will be extremely happy if the Mosquitos make the playoffs. I would even be ok with 1-15 if that 1 win is against Voom and the Empire.

No, 2-14... Can't let the Tigers beat us either.

I'm not calling out a favorite just yet...we will see how things are shaping up around Week 6 but I feel confident in my troops. We have finally added a big piece that we were missing and will be ready to compete. Going 14-2 last season and exiting the first round (to a solid team, I admit) left a really bad taste in our mouths. Good luck to all competitors but we are taking no prisoners this season. To see the teams from Elephant last season get promoted while we are left in AA even adds fuel to our fire.

Should be another great season. There has never been one (so far) as more competitive as last season.

I expect the Rangers and Empire to be very competitive and KNOW that the Silverbacks were MUCH better than their record last season...and the Ratels, well, we know they have a lot to offer. But as the saying goes..."man kicks you in your ass once, shame on man. Man kicks you in our ass TWICE, shame on YOU." We will be sure to face no shame.

Good luck to all.

Oh, and around Week 4-5 I will enter all teams, schedules, and scores into the league simulator if the league is interested so no one league gets all the attention (like Lion last year). I enjoy this game and love keeping it fun and competitive.

I would like to put The Wildehonds on the list. We started last year with a bang but ended with a thud.

We hope to turn that around this coming season. The competition is very tough here in A3 and by all measn every game will be tough.

Good Luck everyone.

Rock & Roll is still in Africa!

I am hoping my under achieving special teams player will actually do something this season.

Tony "Whos the Boss" Danza started in A 5 at the ripe age of level 4. If you fumble you may hear the question. "Whos the Boss"? And remember that was not his hand he slapped the ball with.

It would be great if you'd do that for the entire league. Best Africa league forum season I've ever been a part of was A5 in Season 6 when we had three or four people doing stuff, and it included the Elephant conference.
