AAD has always had solid showings and has proven they belong here. Perhaps the Platypi are better, I dont know... but right now AAD is the proven AAA#1 team and seeing as how you both started in the same league and AAD made it here two seasons earlier im going to assume they are the better team. My point is that longevitiy in a league is a flawed proposition for defining ability or respect when the best teams get promoted each season.

All I did was write a post about how the platypi would prove we belong (and thanking ya'll for a little extra motivation =p), to which you launched in to this whole respect spiel and flung around the faulty logic about being here multiple seasons.
Your logic is flawed, not your team - who as I stated, should be a favourite.

PHP was in A#1 for 1 season and AA #1 for 1 season and was fortunate enough to win both leagues despite being in one of the toughest expansion leagues ever Africa A#1 and the next season being outleveled by 10 since we kept the same agents. This is our third season here and we may be here a bit longer as we have refused to ditch our agents to recruit in lvl 50's. I am not ashamed that we are still here in the least. I mean we lost 7 games last season by less than a score and beat were the only team to beat the league champions who outleveled us by a lot. We may have a similar season or get throttled or do really well. Who knows with all the changes.
The fact the promotion system is flawed and basically forces you to gut to continue to be successful is troubling but a challenge for us. Would I lobby to play in this tournament? nah. I would gladly accept an invite to play in it tho as it is nice to be called a superb team in such a tough league.
