Yah, if you check the DT/NT's from the other team they have 0 pancakes a lot of times. It's falling down re-engaging or attempting a cut block.. or that's my guess

Pancake = getting knocked down
Low Agility = falling down when the other guy puts a move on you

Both end up with your dot getting smaller and not moving for a period of time. If you have low agility and the other guy seems quick, I assume you just got beat by agility.
