If you sign before moving to a under-capped league, you can still retain some of your higher level players. I have a HB on the Milan Eagles that is lvl 33, but the majority of our defense is a lvl 8 . This is really just a off-season for us until we can build up the stadium and can contend in high leagues. I just couldn't stand all the bumpin' the Executioners were doing. They're good, but not the best team in our division, statistically speaking it's the http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=6256 . Idk, it'll be a fun year for our team, and hopefully we can make playoffs, but you never know , good luck everyone!

Funny thing is I OC that team so i have a good chance to win a title with that team or mine
