Trust me, all the AA teams from last year have great builds... its going to be tough... Sawfish have great builds ande we were outleveled by 6 levels to the top teams... all the teams have great builds. The owners in this league are amazing, as are the OC's, DC's and recruiters

I am not sure if you are doing your players any favors by bringing them up to AA when they are Level 30-36. They would be dominated by most of the players. Their stats will suck. The team will get killed and you will end up at the bottom of the league looking at replacing all the players that left because the team is so outmatched. Then, if your lucky, you get demoted back to A. I just don't see how that is taking care of your players.

I told them up front what we were doing and even helped find them good teams to go to. They all had the latest EQ and good bonuses for training. So, I would not call it ditching. We simply allowed them to pursue better opportunities (sounds PC dosen't it?). I didn't get one single hate PM or post. They all appreciated what we were doing and understood the decision.

Chemistry sucks again, but we have proven that we can get around that.

Sounds like our team this season. Its not like we can argue our way into another league. Hopefully my players won't lose all their morale this season, especially after getting 1,000 yards worth of stats every game last season. We are prepared to only win a few

Don't get me wrong...I don't expect anything better than .500 if that this year. I'll just be happy not to get sent back down next season.

I just think that good GMs and good Builds buys you 3 levels at best. After that, the abilities just are too overwhelming.

For me, I felt that the players would prefer to stay in Oceania A (or an equivilent league) and continue having the successes that they just had. When I looked at the caliber of the teams in AA, I knew that we would be the victim of too many blowouts and did not want to do that to them.

So, while I applaud you for your loyalty to your players, I condemn you for putting them through a horrible season that will haunt them for their entire careers but will not be their fault. I honestly feel that you are doing them a disservice. Kamakazes all ranked high on the loyalty meter, but I don't think that anyone would think that Japan did them a favor.

Most of my team is from when we started at level 13, never had a losing season, and you wont either if you work hard enough and have good coordinators.

I went from BBB (Canada) to A (Oceania) to AA in our first 3 seasons, we never won a championship, but we took pride in beating teams that outleveled us.

Amen to that. Has anyone figured out a way to copy plays in the D play creator? As it stands I am making like 15 copies of every different front that we line up in and then putting together blitz/coverage packages out of each of those play. Factor in the FIVE teams I DC for and, yeah, I pretty much hate my life right now.
