Good season to our foes in Garuda and to the Naga conference. It has been an up and down season, but now the real match-ups happen, it is play-off time!

Play-off predictions:
Gratz to all the play-off teams on a great journey! Honorable mention goes out to Hanoi and Shaolin, two first year AA teams who were an end of season victory away from making the play-offs.

50/50
Kathmandu over PP Kung Fu Pandas- Kathmandu lost 19-30 in their first match-up. Hopefully they fixed the problem and things have turned around, if not look for the Kung Fu Panda's to beat the Mountaineers.

Good luck to everyone!

Wow. The Pandas have struggled a lot at the end of the season, but to be honest being out leveled by just about every team in conference and being out leveled by 3-10 levels by every team in the playoffs, we are happy to make it there. We thought we would need at least another season before we could even be an .500 team. Kind of surprised how well we have done this season, we have had some good bounces our way in the sim. As far as the Mountaineers we happened to get some sim breaks the first match up, I dunno if will get lucky and pull off a huge upset again, but will do our best to make a game out of it

Just trying to cause some dissension in the forum. I truly believe that we will exit in the first round. Just glad we will make some money to finish off our stadium this season. Hope for a great game and hope somehow we could pull it off but i am sure you guys are too good to let it happen that way.

No disrespect towards you guys, but I see Kathmandu taking this game decidedly. I dont know their circumstance in the previous game, but I know they played us real tough. It could have been something as simple as us, where we didnt game plan or set tactics according to the match up, Otherwise we would have been undefeated. Damn that Turk for not getting drunk enough before setting up game plans!!

And to everyone, Good luck to those that made it to the playoffs, its been a good year, and from what I have seen, the forums even got hella better since the beginning of the season. We got ourselves a good group of misfits here that are seemingly starting to get along with each other... Almost touching enough to bring a tear to my eye!

Well, one thing I've learned, having a team now for 4 seasons... and being upset as the #1 seed twice (early) in the playoffs, is that nothing is guaranteed. The pandas fought us hard the first time and took us down hard. But despite that, we plan to come out hard and see if we can't even the series out at 1-1. On a secondary note, we have aspirations of playing Vanuatu again (provided Americana doesn't upset them....c'mon patriots).... for a little payback, after they 'controlled us' in our first matchup. Hell, they 'upset' us back in "A-7", though our win early in the season came against an incomplete team, so yea... we'd like to finally get some payback for that!

So what will happen? well, if the usual SIM prevails, I'm sure we'lll see at least a 50% upset margin... hopefully we're on the right side of that 50!

No kidding... I was on a team that was the #1 seed three season in a row and dominated teams in the regular season. It wasn't until the 4th season where we were the #2 seed did we win the Championship. There's got to be some goofy "upset" % in the playoffs.

It don't mean a thang without beating Karawang!
*In the Hellfighters case, twice.

I think you might just be getting ahead of yourself ever so slightly

hah...you may have beaten Karawang, but still managed to lose to a bunch of other squads to balance it out!
