we missed the playoffs and it truly was the most fun i have had any season. i have never seen so balanced a conference that you could not take the 2-14 teams lightly.

"gentlemen, it has been an honor playing with you."

(the zambezi titanics now sink until season 9.)

You know it's an ultracompetitive conference when teams like Zambezi and Madagascar don't make it.

agreed. QPR have feared and always will fear these teams since her inception

Don't worry, we'll both be back next season

Now it's just a matter of whether QPR will do the same. I'm torn as to which way I should be rooting. On the one hand, they're the team that has metaphorically poked me in the eye more than any other, and it's an awesome rivalry. On the other hand, if they promote, that gets them out of my freaking conference and gives me one less team that I know is a threat to my sanity to worry about. That would just leave the Serpent Eagles, the Silverbacks, the Wildehond, the Blood Diamonds, the Killer Whales, etc. ...

i don't think itll be long when we all meet up in AAA. i look at the Greats with some envy but then we could be facing them next season!

the key will be how many move down from african pro. at least 4 teams are going to A from AAA. there are at least a couple of teams that likely will be demoted from pro but only to AAA leagues 1 or 2.

this doesn't take into consideration Elephant conference teams. i haven't looked at that side but in our league there are several cpu teams over there. some in lion could be moved there also. that would suck most of all, because i hate-respect everyone here. i don't know if i have the energy to start over with new teams.

at least three of the final four are going up, imho. 4 is most likely, however.

I think it's a strong possibility, but like radja said, it depends entirely upon how many more teams go CPU above us all. I've never seen more than four teams promote from a single conference before, but there's a first time for everything.

We also don't know what the effect of Bort's tighter level-ranges will be, either. I could lose a whole lot of A5 bretheren, you no-player-developing hoodats. The Most Favored and Blessed Ashanti Empire of Ghana: 21 of 44 players on the roster were original members of the team, including nine players who have started every game.

strange you say that Eric, QPR also relied heavily on the original members too. 22 are from season 5 with the vast majority of them starting every game.

Dynasty springs to mind. and it is astonishing how both sides run parallel at every turn

I can't quote exactly how many original members the lumberjacks have but I'd say over 20 probably. We've had a great base of guys on the team to carry us to get progressively better every season so far. Maybe more if you count a few guys that left and came back, lol.

Yes, the Fever has 16 member that would be considered "OG", and unfortunately we will be losing six of sixteen at seasons end... , But, they will be long time "Fever Believers" and always be part of the organization....

Killer Whales, Serpent Eagles and Silverbacks look strongly OG as well. I know the Marine has done an outstanding job of upgrading the Ratels over the past three seasons, mostly because he took over that train wreck of a team right before the beginning of Season 5 and had NO chance to recruit coming into that freshman year.

Quite frankly, though, Mango, if I never see Drunk Mastermind again, it's going to be too soon. Send him to Canada or something. He haunted my team in WE AA and now here.

I think it's about 50% ticket sales and no concessions.... not completely sure though. The idea is fans watching the game on the "Jumbo Tron"
