It's not that important to me germains. I was just making the point that both DEs are dominant in the league and that both deserve recognition. I'm fine with Tony on 2nd team.

And there's no way you can keep GV "under the radar" Unless, of course, the owner/GM you are facing for your current game is asleep at the wheel.

Wonder maybe if you get it to 5th team I got a shot to be on it.

I will start with this.... I'm biased.

But I don't think you can have an All-Pro Team 1st Defense for this League without a single member of the Most Dominant Defense in the League on it. The stats for those players aren't as high because simply other teams can't stay on the field.

Thats a good point, you cant choose players based on stats alone, that leaves out 50% of the equation.
example: CB's with more interceptions are usually getting picked on, check the yards they have given up per pass their way, thats the best way to rate a CB.

Overall its a nice idea but the logic is obviously flawed.

It's true o5prey, but really the only stat that you can put in that category is tackles. Your defense is on the field less than most others because they force a lot of 3 and outs. It's easy to look at the team stats and see that the Horde leads certain categories. That alone proves your point. Still, just about all MVP awards are based on stats.

Tackles is definitely one of the more misleading stats. I guess the only way to really figure tackles out is to do some very detailed mathematics based on tackles to defensive plays played for each individual player.

Yes, I know that it really should be based not only on stats, but placement of teams and such. Personally, I don't have that much time to spend. As I stated in the OP, I just went through the league leaders pages. I'm sorry about that, but that's what I was able to do.

This shouldn't be offending anyone. He just went out of his way to get everyone more active and have alittle fun with the stats thus far... I feel our defense is pretty solid but I am not too worried about a first team/second team selection but that's just me... Thanks again for putting time in to do this Galahad.

Watts: RB was possibly the easiest position to pick, no offense. The guy had 19 TDs when I made this list, more than even my QB does after this past game. And he even had nearly 1000 rushing yards. That is one dominant back.

I think my RB deserves to be on the all second string team. lol
