We keep it simple. We all take the same amount of money and try and stretch the years out as far as possible since we all know eachother. If a problem comes up where we need money for upgrading and whatnot we will do so with what budgets we have. Basically, the only thing we care about is if people need bonus' for these upgrades. Contracts are the last thing we care about, if you understand what im saying.

I do not beleive I ever mentioned your name as being one of the children. As long as you continue to post like this, I have absolutly no problem with it on this thread. I am not your father, I am not a mod, I didnt pay you any money. You are free to do whatever you like. I only request that you allow us to do what we like without your interference. It is a simple request, you can obviously refuse if you like. "rediculous" as it may be, that is how some of us would like it. Please respect that, I do not think I am asking too much here guys.

Our team is fortunate enough that a majority of our players are friends with each other outside of the game, so renegotiations are a bit easier.

However, as Buccs stated earlier, and as a general business practice, we all basically make about the same money per level. At the beginning of the season I gave everyone, once they hit level 8, 10,000 for their equipment and a new contract (across the board). As some players level up and their contracts become outdated, we renegotiate at that time.

I think that as this game is fairly new and people are leveling at a rapid pace, it is a much more common occurrence to renegotiate multiple times, so owners should be open to the idea that their 3 year contract is probably not going to be realistic or fair for 3 seasons. In a few seasons, once teams flesh out a bit more, players are going to realize that they will have enough money to do what they need to do, and long term contracts will be more feasible.
