As far as I know you have to be a GM on the team and you can buy the team after 14 days, that's how I got the Vipers.....if you wait until the end of the season and he didn't re-up ownership it will go CPU then. It won't automatically go CPU unless they are negative cash for 3 days (I think).

Thats weird, the team I was on, someone just complained to support and at day 14 we went CPU and I got with another team.

jeff, since your owner is inactive, you are now able to be signed by someone outside of your team. Technically, you guys are CPU. they dont change it to a CPU team because of hopes that he will come back. someone can buy the team now though
