Some interesting games in Lion today, I wouldn't be surprised to see an upset or 2 today.

BoB vs the Palookas - this looks like it could likely be the deciding game for that last home playoff spot in Lion. Huge game for both these teams.

In another game with potential playoff implications, the Dirty Apes take on the FW Generals. Except this one is more likely for the chance to sneak into that 8 seed. The Generals can't afford a letdown here and will need to prove the computer wrong this week to avoid falling too far from the pack before heading into a tough 5 game stretch.

This one would certainly surprise a few people if it were to happen.
West Nile Virus @ The Nile Denial
Can the Virus come up big? They are only 9 point dogs.

In elephant, this is pretty much mismatch week with one glaring exception.

RMoG vs SoA looks like the game of the week. SoA is getting no respect in the polls despite their 8-1 record and would love to prove they belong. RMoG is itching to show everyone that they are still a championship contender after getting off to a slow start.

Other potential games of interest.

AAD vs the Frogs: The frogs need this one to help secure a playoff spot and show that they do more than run up the score vs gutted teams.

Dogs vs Jinx: Did the Dogs peak too soon? The Jinx are a dangerous team despite their record and would love to follow in the footsteps of Kilimanjaro and pull the big upset.

No, its just been me keeping a close eye. Winning percentage wise we might not even be top 10 as alot of the season 4 and 5 teams have been very succesful as have been teams that have folded (Somalia Wasps)... but strictly going by all time wins in the region we come in at #4. We've averaged a 13-3 season yet havent been able to move up, so a big part of it is just us sticking together.

PHP vs. ESM is pretty big as well. PHP is much better than their record reflects imo.

We've been 20-0, 13-3, 12-4(45-7) regular season, also AAA in 2 seasons

ESM: 73-17 (13-3, 13-3, 14-2, 11-5, 13-3, 9-1)

As said, winning percentage wise we might be a bit lower (id guess top 15 at worst though)... but strictly taking the number of regular season wins in the Africa region we are #4 overall. We've been a solid team every season but just have had no luck in the playoffs. This statistic though does pretty much require a team to be a season 3 team to be in the running.

And GG today PHP, we barely walked out with a win. Definately not the team we want in the first round of the playoffs, because you guys are quite a bit better than your record reflects.
