Maybe Manitoba should consider doing something like this. Seems like season after season it is 7-9 or 8-8 or 9-7. Just can't get over the hump.

Funny how on the USA A team I DEECOOR for says "Sweet I got us a grood back up SS!" He traded for an FFMP guy, and he is not invovled in this league ... Small world.

Build your stadium. Without your stadium you won't EVER make progress, and if your players don't understand that... then you might be in trouble. GL, though.

Yeah Rackhound I guess i have to agree. I guess the only way to ever get the stadium built is to try to trade players for cash and increase the stadium capcaity and possibly go slow build at level1 or maybe you can start higher at level 10 so it doesn't take so long. Rackhounds a good owner and he'll do what's best for the future of the team.

The good guys will understand and stick with you. the ones that don't, well at least you didn't give up 800k to them before they left and there are always other players. thats pretty close 2 what I did. I handed out about 800k in upgrades and held off on the rest asking players 2 wait till I upgraded the stadium. tried to get each guy who needed it 1 piece except for the level 40 guys. only have a few of them. everyone was pretty understanding cause its best for the team in the long run

Great Lake Rum Runners did this around the end of season 4...one problem that I can see with your thought process...by the time you get to level 30 like my team is currently at...we will all be level 50 so we won't be competing against you probably at that time so kinda hinders you wanting to compete with us...BUT it does allow for you to compete against teams and makes it so you have some great builds going on.

Since you are doing this shouldnt you have your current players that you want to get rid of open their builds?? Might make it easier to trade them off.

I had to go this route with the Lizards while in the AA#3. We were good enough to take 10th, and actually snagged 8th and a playoff game one year, but we never played better than .500 football. I built our stadium with no expansions, but it was hard to keep expanding and paying for players EQ. So I let everyone go save for my own players and I'm going to build from the ground up.
We'll see how it goes. Still I think it's better than letting your team go CPU. I see that Flin Flon Blaze went CPU and that saddens me.
