fuck off.

It was a smart trade. Do what you got to do. I dont see what the big deal is.

yeah i took the fuck off out of there i thought it was a bit much. you were too quick.

Ok well out of respect dont play the new players against us....

everyone has different ways of trying to win this game, would i trade with the enemy? No, but they can do what they want, and i wish them luck with their new guys.

I just appreciate Halifax for giving us a stat padder game

we'll see who has the last laughs if i cant keep salaries paid thru the whole season.

oh and i signed a couple other players from a team that went cpu. so sue me.

Dont worry man, people will complain no matter what you do if they dont agree with it.... I'm sure if they knew about it or saw the trade proposals first, they would have jumped on it.

Actually when NWO gets promoted I have to have MY player on that team cut.

Swiftus you crack me up man. First you start a thread talking about how teams need to build a stadium and build their bank roll in order to compete to win a championship. Then you start another thread bashing a team that is doing just that, trying to get their stadium built and generate some revenue.

Make up your mind, or better yet, just let people play the game the way they want, and you play it the way you want.

The two are not the same. Plus, what you are saying appear to be lies to me.

1. The Knights made about 10 million on trades but have almost no money in the bank. Where did all of that money go? You don't have enough money to make payroll for the season as of now.

2. You sold 3 of your players to teams within the conference and some to leagues that feed into ours. It wasn't done simply to make money as you could have easily found homes for those players on the open market.

Sorry, I am calling bullshit here. It looks like you are selling your team out in order to buy some equipment for your players. Also, I didn't "bash" teams for their stadium size. I merely brought it to attention. It isn't my fault that you ran your team so poorly. Have fun being a CPU team. The Knights have proven to be one of the more pathetic Season 3 teams. I laugh at the fact that you started in A#3 and have a combined record of 19-52 with NO playoff appearances in 5 seasons.

Also, to fix something said earlier. What I meant by Depth is how deep you are on the bench. Finding new starters doesn't necessairly constitute fixing depth issue. It is just amazing how you can get 3 players levels 48,46,40 for 2500k and trade levels 33 and 31 for 1000k.

Essentially, the value of them trading out a level 32 player is 500k but can get a level 45 for 833k. Sounds again like someone selling players far below their worth.

We started here because we got a gutted CPU team, not an expansion, maybe YOU should do your homework before you start spewing your bullshit. And you can say whatever you want about not bashing teams about their stadium, but if that wasn't your motive, then why bring it up at all?

Plus you've got the biggest stadium and about the most cash of any team in the league and 100 chemistry across the board, yet your still a .500 ball club, and getting beat by teams that you outlevel. Maybe if you spent as much time worrying about your own team as you do everyone elses you'd be winning more games.

1. There is no way to "do homework". All one can do is look at a team's history. It doesn't say who owned it or when it changed hands.

2. If I wanted to bash someone for their smaller stadiums, I wouldn't beat around the bush. I would have simply mocked them outright. I brought up the issue (for the east) before the season started in order to draw attention to it. Teams need to be aware that they can not afford equipment for their players.

You honestly think that I am some forum troll prick. What I really wanted is fair and fun competition with a bunch of teams that have mutual respect. I will always point out when people cheese a league. I guess that I shouldn't hold the Tundra responsible. They did make a smart decision during the season. However, the fact that they drastically underpaid for the players really bothers me. This is why I have a ton of respect for a team like BBB. BBB has only done 6 trades since September and only one this calendar year. We've only have 3 trades in our team's existence.

Edit: Thanks for enlightening us on where all that money went to.

And yet he mocked us for how we are doing this season...
Um, did you look at who we have played before you opened your trap?

1. Cleveland Brownsnakes 6 - 0
2. Prince Rupert Catsharks 4 - 2
3. Moncton Machine 4 - 2
4. Rancho Cucamonga Quakes 3 - 3
5. Pennybridge Pioneers 1 - 5

That is a combined 18 - 12. We have yet to play the Bullpups, lumber jacks, Les Gaulois, Mustangs, or Knights who combine for a record of 8 - 22.

Also, we don't even have close to the largest stadium or most money either. Again, you are making a point to why we are a good team. We develop our own players and my players stay. We don't overemphasize winning.

The money went toward the stadium, and toward equipment for the players that are staying, as if its any of your business.

You forgot to mention the Gamecocks from the other conf. who is 2-4 and in 12 place. And oh, by the way, for those not paying attention, it was a LOSS.

So your playing .500 against teams that are 20-16, with only 1 quality win. Yeah your tearing up the league aren't you.

Yeah, your stadium is only bigger than 12 of the teams in this league, thats not even CLOSE to being one of the biggest.

Um, look again... who won the Gamecocks game? Nice job!

We lost to Moncton because of a late FG miss and then lost the game in OT.

And do me a favor and look at our results from last year. We didn't pick up any players mid-season yet still cracked off a 7 game winning streak to go to the playoffs. But like the Lions, you don't know what those are.

Oh, and thanks for quoting me on the stadium discussion thread. Did you fail to mention that I posted that on 2/18 which was 4 days before the first preseason game?

Your right about the Gamecocks game, my mistake. You did win that game on a last second TD against a 2-4 team.

And your right, you did have a good second half last year, and beat us along the way. Got a tough draw in the playoffs. All the more reason you should be better than your record now.

First off your is not you're.

Since you are so interested in the seating of the league as of now.

Catsharks: 71,720 seats (4-2)
Gergovie: 55,520 seats (2-4)
BBB: 55,520 seats (5-1)
Moncton: 53,420 seats (4-2)
Chronic: 52,370 seats (3-3)
Hawaiian Punch: 49,220 seats (5-1)
Cleveland: 40,380 seats (6-0)
Windsor: 33,740 seats (2-4)
Bullpups: 32,950 seats (0-6)
Pennybridge: 29,720 seats (1-5)
Halifax: 28,760 seats (1-5)
Tundra: 28,760 seats (3-3)
Calgary: 25,390 seats (3-3)
Ice Hawks: 24,730 seats (3-3)
Flyers: 24,670 seats (3-3)
Quakes: 23,380 seats (3-3)

The reason I originally posted this BEFORE the season is to alert people the need to correct this. There is no way that the Quakes (for instance) will be able to take on the Catsharks over the long term. I just don't agree with teams selling their teams out mid season.

Also, why would you EVER build sections during the season?

You may feel that we should be "better" now after the run we had to end last season. I feel that we are. Our record may put us in the middle of the pack right now, and I am fine with it. I am dedicated to the agents and their players. We have NEVER had a losing season. They are perfectly happy growing this team smartly. This is how we got here. We did not do it through acquisitions.

YOU'RE right, sorry didn't realize you are the grammer cop too. And yeah, now your stadium is only bigger than 11 of the other teams instead of 12, but I think you get my point.

And as for why build sections now, because we wanted to. See thats the beauty of this GAME, you can play however you want. Not everyone has to play the Swiftus way. Which I think is what I've been saying all along.

Have a nice day!
