honestly i think you need to recheck the numbers in "the points for" category on the Kaisterslautern side. it's probably just an extra 0 or something hidden in the mess of scores. usually we get that disparity when a team has played gutted/cpu, but because Kaisterslautern hasn't played a garbage opponent yet the error is most likely in one of their score totals from a previous game.

Trust me I double & triple checked them... the only thing I can come up w/ is the spreadsheet's putting a lot of weight towards the Red Devils win vs. East Cairo. Since East Cairo's put up 100+ points in two games, albeit vs gut jobs, it skews the thing.

Thanks for doing this, lardaddy, It may be early for the projected standings, but they're still fun to see for those of us that don't take such things seriously.

But please, whatever you do, don't use the RPI formula that's built into the spreadsheet. It's not fully integrated and it's not very good.

No prob happy to do it. And yeah, no intentions here to post the RPI... just the rankings and predictions. Less is moar imo

The projector doesn't seem to have a good grasp of the limits of defense in competitive or semi-competitive games. It also has no grasp of tempo. I'd expect it to be underrating the good defenses in the league for at least another 4-6 games.

But hey, the combined total was higher than the spread. That's...something, right?
