So anyway, what did YOU guys do this evening? I went to an all you can eat and drink crab feed put on by a Catholic School and it was great, except it was beer and wine instead of Crown Royal but the crab was excellent and it was a micro beer (we get 7.95 for a micro beer at my stadium) so all in all it was pretty good. I love partying with Catholics- they aren't religious at all until the morning after, so it's like anything goes the night before.

Anyways we ended up in a hot tub drinking Stolis and smoking Monte Cristos at some rich Catholic's house (nice place- they even had a bidet in their bathroom) and just about the time the Stolis was flowing good and the Catholic women started removing their tops I remembered I'd forgotten to do my defensive game plan for tomorrow's game, so I hopped right out of the hot tub, in spite of the topless Catholic women begging me to stay and give them something juicy to report at morning confessional, and came right home.

That's how dedicated I am, and how much winning at GLB means to me

Well, it wasnt last night but Fri night. The gf and I finally got time away from the kids (3y/o and 5y/o). Its been almost a year since somebody took them overnight. So we went to the Olive Garden, bought some 151 and Jager, rented a bunch of movies and came home and played games. Did some Jager Bombs, drank 151 and Dr. Pepper, drank down a bottle of Tequila Rose, watched a movie and....had some kid free time.

I spend a lot of time in GLB and I hate losing, but if ya only get once a year away from the kids, you jump on it no matter when it is.

I am SO happy to be an empty nester--- It's wonderful being able to sit in the living room in my lingerie without worrying about a kid catching me playing dress up. Our baby is 23, a student athlete (volleyball) and a great kid. She's a typical California girl, blonde, blue eyed and a gym rat and does fitness and swimwear modeling. She switched majors from business to communications, much to my chagrin, but she's out of the house so I can now sit on my couch and watch Survivor in my panties and bra.

"I spend a lot of time in GLB and I hate losing..." You know what they say- there's no such things as good losers, they're only good actors. But I've always considered games like this the toy department of my life- losing here doesn't bother me all that much, but I DO try my best at making good player builds and learning to be a better defensive coordinator. Ultimately 31 out of 32 teams in this league will come up short, so I'm not setting my sights too terribly high this season, especially since I put the bulls eye on my back and there's so many stacked teams we'll see later in the season.

Anyways it's all good- life is to be appreciated and enjoyed. Do that and you'll never get old.
