F'n Governor came to work today and jacked up my Schedule. Im due for a liquid lunchishDinner in an hour and a half.

Yeah, I almost exclusively drink water. I do try ti mix in a diet soda once in a while and I do enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings during the week. My eating habits suck for sure though. If I could cut out the crap I'd be unrecognizable to you....well come to think of it, I already am.

Ive gained nearly 80 pounds since I blew my knee out thee cond time and got a med discharge from the Navy. Fuckin need a knee replacement and maybe I will lose some weight.

Talking about how you need to lose some weight on GLB needs a "No Homo" tag on it IMO

I ate lunch, know that this forum exists, but do not have endless amounts of time...during the work day or otherwise. Back in the day when I sat a computer all day, I might have been more likely to be online all day. Those days are long since past. But, since you asked, I had chicken pot pie and a homemade roll from the restaurant where I work. Lunch was delicious and a nice break during a double shift.

I rocked a chicken taco for lunch, it was delicious.

I cannot access this from work, but I went bowling for lunch and ate some Thai food. It was Chicken w/ basil, make it has hot as you can make it then double that. That is the only way they will make it hot enough for me. It was great.

now those are some solid lunches!
