Probably a great strategy we had, sticking with the players we started with instead of trying to buy ourselves a title with higher leveled players. We also had a much better team then alot of those that were moved up to AA in the past 3 seasons but we had lower leveled players. That being said, we are in AA now like you are but have some hardware from A2 to go along with it.

we have never bought higher level players. 85% of our players have been with us since day 1

I have buolt this team up without lossing many of it's players before I got here

I slowly merged my players and some of my buddies players onto the team but the key was/is they must fit the program.
