I mean, seriously (my bad, srsly) put yourself on the other end of it. If somebody was like that (constant nonsensical blabber and said the same thing over and over) at your work place the first few days they started, you probably wouldnt want to talk to them nor hang around them would you? Its like being around somebody elses kids thats trying to get your attention by being annoying to you and then laughing about it to your face. I highly doubt you're going to be best friends with those kids or new employee and would avoid them whenever possible.
