Here's to hoping my team scores anywhere near as much as I do today.

Heres to hoping that they don't score anywhere near as much as you do in golf today because it is a good possibility haha.

What do you expect from a team who buys their way to the top?

Oh come on... does it really matter? He's actually a great sport, no reason to call him out on the way he got his players. He's smart, we're all beyond the eight ball because we had to deal with retarded free agents when the new teams came out.

I would hope so or that's $275.00 down the drain.

When someone ruins a league I think it matters.

Looks like someones a 15 year old who should be doing his homework instead of making retarded replies.

He won, yes. But ruining a league by making a team entirely of your own players, both starters and backups is pathetic.

Do you honestly think i have "ruined" the league? I mean seriously. With all the teams gutting, and collusion going on in other leagues, but yet i have ruined our league buy spending money??? I struggle to see the logic.

Maybe you can help me out here, i see lots of owners have mutilple players on thier teams, at what point does it cross the line from "it's easier to make a player than recruit one" and gets to " this guy has ruined our league"?

Your whole team has been a class act except for you, And with the exception of that goofball from portland, everyone else in the league has been a class act. I refuse to waste another minute discussing ethics with you, however i will ask one last thing, there are lots of teams where an owner has all players that are far from good, if i was 0-10 would i still be "ruining the league"?

With that crap out of the way, I felt it was a good game, and more importantly i feel that if we meet up again in the playoffs it could easily go the other way, the same statement goes for a few other teams as well. The problem with winning the first time you meet a team is what do you do the second time you meet, do you stick with the same gameplan or do you switch it up? I would be a fool to try and do short passes on waco again, thank goodness i had it where the AI would override my idiocy in that gameplan.

I apologize for bringing this crap into this thread, i am usually pretty good about biting my tounge in these types of situations, but this guy has been talking crap the whole year and i just couldn't sit and take it anymore.

It's his money. Everyone has to know that, while unlikely, it was possible for someone to do this. Despite that, we all decided to play this game anyway. I don't see this league as being ruined by his presence. I've never seen him rub in the fact that he had the money to buy his team, or imply that he's better than us because of his team, or that his team is where it is due to skill alone. It's his money, and if he gets $300 worth of enjoyment (or however much it cost to field his team) out of it, good for him. I personally could not see myself spending that kind of money on this game at this point in its development (or likely ever), but I also don't hold a grudge against or am jealous of anyone that does.

You knew what you were getting into when you started playing this game, and people are free to spend their money how they want. Do I think there should be limitations on what money can buy you in this game? Sure I do. But despite that, I still have fun playing this game, and people who drop serious cash on this game help keep the game afloat, and free for the many people who don't want to send anything to play.

Besides, the way things are going, you won't have to deal with him next year, since he seems the favorite to win it all in this league, and move up to AA and out of our league.

End long-winded rant.

We were kind of pissed at that too, but a good coach will leave the auto on just in case

I don't understand why you refer to yourself as a team since you're basically only one player. And there's a difference between making a couple of backups and having your entire team as yourself.

And you basically did ruin the league for actual teams. Look at yourself, and your team. People who have actually tried to do something by recruiting and making teams have basically wasted their time to try and win the championship since you felt it was necessary to waste your money and dominate a league.
