Sempre-Sabbat Phenix @ Cairn City Crocodiles

After falling short in the clutch last season to the Assassins who were finally able to 'conquer their demons', there is no doubt that SSP will be looking to make a statement in each game of the season, starting in game 1. But I have no doubt that Cairn City has something to say about that, they have a very balanced team but will need superior game planning to pull this one out. It should be a great game, and as we've seen in the past, anything can happen in OAA2.

-thanks ?

We are up in AA one year to soon. Last year we did our first new construction on our stadium and this year we add some extra seats - but we still much more. Without a good income from ticketsales we will not be able to build a strong team. We sold a couple of our Pro-Team players from last year (to get money), but hope we got some good new players for this season.

Last year we got some good info on gameplanning and was ready to make some extra and bold moves, but the promotion to AA has put us back in more conservative mood.

Our first goal for this season is a playoff-spot = 6-8 seed.

That was my goal... I did get 5 wins though. I learned in a hurry that I needed to take it one game at a time.

lol, my bad if you took that as in insult, definitely wasn't intended like that, just tried to give the teams I wasn't overly familiar with a decent statement. But Keep your head up. You got a good team from what I can tell, imo, you have the potential to compete, and I say that with realizing this is one tough league, it should be an interesting season. I wish you guys the best of look and look forward to getting to know everyone and their teams much better

Congrats Jack on the win. We just couldn't hang on to the ball. Hopefully just a blip, but you guys deserved that one.

Great Great game SSH, we pulled out the nail biter due to a couple of lucky turnovers, but that was a damn good showing by both teams. Great job SSH, keep your heads Up too, you're going to be a tough team to beat this season I can see it already.

Cook Island Pirates @ Newcastle Ghosts

Two more 'newcomers' to the AA2 league, both have a lot to live up to, after finished off what was a well played season in A, both start their season in AA with stiff competition against one another, while their stats may not be glaring, the games they played speak for themselves. Both teams have alot ot offer, but the question is, do they have a lot to offer each other?

The answer to the question was no. The Ghosts were to much for the Pirates. I was expecting a better game myself.

Thanks for the prop man. I really spent a lot of time doing my homework for that game and I was able to get our guys to the ball and create some turnovers. Great showing by both teams, just glad to come out on top of that nail bitter. Good luck to you guys on the rest of the season!

No actually I am taking the season off w/ SSP. I hope we can avoid relegation, but we are moving SSPs best players up and I dont have the time to recruit. Surprised we are giving these teams such a run for their money with the roster we are putting on the field. I would be embarassed a bit to be them.
