I cannot vote yet, but I am leaning Ron Paul because the Steroid lovers have played their toughest competition and the Prime Timers have not. I am torn between Mallet and Revolution obviously. If Mallet is still THIS close to Ron Paul after facing Grinnell, Northbrook, Danish, Perth, AND Samoa then he gets my nod.

QB: Revolution

RB: Runnin McLovin

WR: Lightning Kong

OL: Lazy Drunk

DL: Dexter Mannelly 72 (less sacks but INT + FF)

LB: Mav Max (voted for this guy for DPOY last year hes a beast)

DB: Sticky Ricky (has pick 6 and 42 DPS!)

oh if thats the case... if the season ended now these would be my choices

I appreciate the vote of confidence, but McLovin is way behind McAnderson. He is the top RB in this league by far.

I will see if I can come up with a list for the rest soon.

I may be biased because he is my player but I think for DL that Mike Patterson http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=103486 is doing pretty well considering the other competition listed are DE's and they are also a few level's higher and may have boosted.

Mike Patterson has not boosted yet and has pretty good stats himself.

Mike Patterson is a beast. There are probably 4 D linemen that deserve the D line MVP, but that Dexter Mannelly guy I think we (on LVSB) have talked about it and he has an INT, which is huge. and in our eyes I think it gives him the extra edge.

Yeah, the INT is really nice.

D Lineman interceptions are always funny. My guy managed to pick one off once too. He didn't go anywhere with it, mind you, but he did pick it off!

Both of Perth's starting DEs have 2 INTs.

pretty much ended any consideration for mclovin's top billing at rb after this game. Better numbers than I expected him to have tho

Ron Paul had quite a pedestrian game against us also.

Now, Randolf torched us first game, but I want another crack at him

On defense, I could make a case for 3 other linebackers ahead of Mav Max and a #1 spot for HeyQB You Throw Like a Girl as the DE.

McLovin has been a work in progress all season. I agree with you, that the production was a little higher than I had thought for the game against Samoa. I haven't considered him a top player kind of guy especially seeing how our game plan is setup. I appreciate the thoughts, though.

not to toot my own horn. but bob avellini is doing great. for starting the season off weak and ending first season as second string QB, he has made some huge gains. and is now ranked 2nd in league. sweet.

Yeah. Next few games could easily put him in contention for league MVP.
