Longhorn

Then there are 3-4 teams in the next tier that could move up with a few more FA moves.

I think that is totally wrong. I know Lewisburg and Whitechapel didn't light up the standings last year, but Lewisburg traded away players after game 4 or 5 and Whitechapel had to face 4-5 super teams that are not here anymore. Is VDRR really in our conference now? Did they sell of their team or something? If they are still the same VDRR as usual they will also take a spot.

Edit: VDRR is not in our conference...

Edit2: Ah I see what you did... you took the highest rated teams for the playoffs... ratings don't mean squat at our levels... especially with powerbacks being grossly underrated. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

It's a good matchup on paper. They outlevel you a bit, and according to last season results they have the edge. They destroyed one of your shared opponents by about 30 more points than you did, the other shared opponent the differential was the exact same, so they get the point there on allowing fewer points (since offenses are harder to stop). I say they beat you by 2 TDs

Sorry to be the CPU team this season guys. I will try and pick up a rag tag team of misfits as the season goes on so you don't get to pad your stats too much. Can't promise though.
